Once sun broke through mid-morning wind kicked into South Bay so rigged 76l/5.3m. A little holey to start with but wind soon got solid and mostly well-powered. Sea choppy, and better after high, big rollers some frothing and over mast, and at high 4 foot waves on shore which were a bit tricky to get through on small board unless a gust came inshore.
Good gybes off swells and in smooth water between waves close to shore. Tried several front rides but to well powered and poor technique, nice trying though. A few jumps too.
